This small wall quilt features digitally embroidered rosehips and leaves worked onto a piece of an old quilt of mine. I previously discharged the colour of the fabric to a paler version of the original. Once the embroidery was complete I extended the design by hand painting more leaves and rosehips and added some rosebuds too. The quilting is free motion machine stitch. The quilt has a sleeve on the reverse to enable hanging with a rod or dowel.
