This is a hand painted quilt on tea stained, vintage linen. It features sunflowers with greenfinches, a chaffinch and a great tit, all feasting on the seeds. It is free motion machine quilted and has a fabric sleeve on the reverse to enable hanging from a lathe or dowel. The quilt is currently on display at Leamington Art Gallery and Museum but will be available for purchase from May 12th if not sold at the exhibition.
