This quilt was the winner of Quilt 2001, and toured from London to Harrogate and Dublin. It has since been featured in magazines Patchwork and Quilting, Popular Patchwork, The Quilter, Magic Patch and Quiltmagasinet.

The main section of the quilt is hand painted and the poppy heads are drawn with graphite pencil. This is then combined with screen prints and embellished with dense hand and machine stitching.
