Q. When can I buy an Archive Collection?
DMTV Archive Collections are available to purchase at any time during your DMTV membership. Access to the Archive Collection that you've purchased remains available for the duration of your membership so it doesn't make much sense to order an Archive if you're close to the end of your current membership term. Instead, you'll probably find it's much better value to add the Archive to your order when you next renew, that way, you'll have the benefit of access to those shows for your entire new membership term.

Q. The video players don't appear on my screen - what do I need to do?
The video player that we use requires Flash Player to work. This is a freely downloadable application that is quick and easy to install. Get Flash Player now!

Q. Why do the videos stutter when I watch them?
DMTV shows are streamed to you using a service that aims to provide the best possible viewing experience. Occasionally videos can stutter or buffer. This is because they are playing at a faster rate than your internet connection can download them. If you experience stuttering as the shows play, simply press the pause button on the video player control, allow the progress bar which displays how much of the video has been downloaded to advance, then resume playing.

Q. I have a dial-up internet connection - can I watch DMTV?
DMTV shows are large video files and will not stream well on a dial up connection. While not impossible, we don't think you'll have a satisfactory viewing experience through a dial-up connection. Try watching one of the free shows before you subscribe to check for yourself.

Q. Can I download the videos from the website to watch later?
No, the shows are only available via our website using the streaming service. This means that the videos are not stored on your computer. You can visit our website and watch the shows any time, as many times as you like.

Q. Can I watch the shows full screen?
Yes! Just click on the fullscreen icon on the player controls below the video.

We endeavour to deliver our services using reliable and trustworthy partners. Inevitably, there may be periods of downtime. We will always give advance warning of any planned downtime and will strive to work as quickly as possible to maintain and restore normal service.

The information and instruction found on DMTV are the opinion of the presenters, Linda and Laura Kemshall and their guest artists. All content is believed to be accurate and safe and is provided in good faith. The practices and products demonstrated reflect the years of experience of the artists concerned. Individual subscribers to DMTV must accept responsibility for their own health and safety and must satisfy themselves as to the safety of the product or process before proceeding. It is always advisable to read manufacturers’ guidance notes as products vary between brands and specific usage information always supersedes generic advice. DMTV and its presenters accept no responsibility for harm or injury to any viewer as a consequence of the programme content and expect their viewers to act responsibly and sensibly at all times.

The information and instruction contained in the programmes of DMTV is for the sole use of the individual subscriber and is not to be shared with other parties in any form (this includes, but is not limited to, the posting of content on blogs and websites) without the written agreement of the presenters. Subscriptions cannot be refunded or deferred or transferred.

DMTV shows are removed from the current What's On Now playlist gradually and once sufficient shows have been reserved, a new Archive Collection of these previous shows will be released. Archive Collections are available for current DMTV members only. One or more Archive Collections can be purchased at any time during a membership period but access to the Collection will only remain open for the duration of the membership.
